Pop launch! It all started with a teaser on social networks and walls in Paris during fashion week. Popeye in his sailor shirt, Betty Boop in her corset, and two hashtags: #BettyLovesJPG and #PopeyeLovesJPG. The rest of the story had to be discovered by watching a responsive digital cartoon in which one could follow the adventures of Popeye, Betty Boop and Mr. Gaultier between New York and Paris. An engaging pop art experience, which was welcomed by the brand’s fans.
